Shipping & Returns

Due to most orders being custom, please see the below for shipping terms and conditions:

Custom Tumblers: 

• Shipping time for custom tumblers will depend on orders, currently tumblers will ship between 6-8 weeks. This does not include shipping time. (updated 03/29/2022)

Ready to Ship items:

• Ready to ship items will ship the next shipping day after receipt of the order.

There are two types of shipping, which depends on what you select and pay for at checkout. We offer the following as a small amount of insurance is included ($50):

• Priority Mail

• Priority Mail Express

International Shipping Policy-

• Must sent an email BEFORE ordering including the following

  • Name​

  • Cup(s) size and what you want- Glitter/ Inks/ Mica's etc

  • Address

• I will obtain a shipping quote for you and you decide if you want to pay that amount. 

  • If you want to go ahead and order- i will invoice you- Once invoice is paid you will be placed in the line up.​

• If you do not choose the Priority mail (with insurance) I am  not liable for damages. 

• I am not responsible for any country tax or regulations- My product meets US standards

Shipping days are Wednesday and Saturdays. There are times when we will ship between those days, but those are days we will regularly ship.​

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will be receiving a tracking number. Once it leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for the item. However, if your item is damaged, please email us with your tracking number, picture of item, and invoice number within 24 hours of delivery. We will do all we can to assist you in getting your purchase covered by the limited insurance offered via the USPS.
